Peter Hussell

Peter’s experience spans almost twenty years of work with not-for-profits. With background in annual fundraising, operations, team leadership, and campaign and major gifts strategy, he has been associated with over $100 million in contributed revenue. Passionate about designing the right plan that leverages each organization's particular strengths and capacity, he supports clients in translating mission and vision into fundraising success.

He has worked in both the United States and Canada, with a particular focus on cultural and educational institutions. The former Chief Development Officer of the Cleveland Institute of Music and Toronto Symphony Orchestra, he has also worked with organizations such as the Canadian Opera Company, Sarasota Opera, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and Vancouver Art Gallery. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in cultural management from the University of Waterloo and has served as a board director of the American Friends of TIFF Foundation.
