Karen comes from a varied arts and marketing background. Originally from the Twin Cities, she began her career at a small boutique marketing agency helping small local brands make big names for themselves. As the Patron Services Manager (and Spektrix client) at the Capitol Theatre, in Yakima, WA, Karen worked toward creating a more cohesive and engaging patron-journey at the two-venue, 2,000-seat presenting theater. Now an Account Executive at Spektrix, Karen works with 400+ performing arts organizations across the United States, Canada and the UK to make the most of their digital tools to grow audiences, find new strategies and build revenue.
